The REXULTI Savings Card offers two separate benefits for patients with commercial insurance.* Eligible patients may pay as little as $0 for first two months of REXULTI and as little as $5 for refills, including 90-day prescriptions. For generic medication, to which REXULTI has been added, eligible patients may pay as little as $0 per month for up to 12 uses.

Terms, Conditions, and Eligibility Criteria: This program is offered by Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. and applies only to valid REXULTI® (brexpiprazole) and/or eligible generic prescriptions. Eligible insured patients will pay as little as $0 for first two uses 8-33 and 34-60-day supply and as little as $5 for 90-day supply. On subsequent uses 3 and beyond, patients will pay as little as $5 and receive a maximum savings up to $1200. For eligible generic prescription with 30-day supply patient will pay as little as $0 and receive savings up to $100 per 30-day supply. Maximum annual benefit applies based on current list price. Restrictions: Offer is not transferable. Patients must have commercial drug insurance and a prescription consistent with FDA-approved product labeling. Patients are not eligible if they are covered in whole or in part by any state program or federal healthcare program, including, but not limited to, Medicare or Medicaid (including Medicaid managed care), Medigap, VA, DOD, or TRICARE. For eligible generic prescription, patient must be 18 years of age or older. Only valid in U.S. and Puerto Rico. Offer void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. Other restrictions may apply. This program is not health insurance. Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. has the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this program at any time without notice. Your participation in this program confirms that this offer is consistent with your insurance coverage and that you will report the value received if required by your insurance provider. When you use this card, you are certifying that you understand and will comply with the program rules, terms, and conditions. Offer not valid for cash-paying patients OR where drug is not covered by the primary insurance.

Learn about patient assistance

If you don’t have health insurance or can’t afford your prescribed Otsuka medication, the Otsuka Patient Assistance Foundation (OPAF) might be able to help you get it at no cost.

OPAF is a nonprofit organization that assists underinsured and uninsured patients and their caregivers who have been prescribed Otsuka medications. There are specific eligibility criteria that applicants must meet prior to their approval for assistance. It’s important to note that Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. does not control or influence how OPAF distributes funds.
